log_badpack - enables logging of bad packets

If set to true, bad packets are logged when they are received by heartbeat. In a situation where packets are corrupted frequently (flaky serial ports), this can lead to an annoying number of error logs.

The log_badpack directive supplies a HeartbeatBoolean value.

The general syntax of a log_badpack directive is:

log_badpack HeartbeatBoolean

The most common log_badpack directives are shown below:

log_badpack true
log_badpack false
