Resource Agent Type

A Resource Agent Type is the type of the resource[1]s which a ResourceAgent[2] manages, and is typically the same as the name of the ResourceAgent[2] which manages it.

For example, the type of resource managed by the IPaddr resource agent[3] is IPaddr. It is the same for each ResourceInstance[4] from the same ResourceAgent[2]. Again, see the OpenClusterFramework[5] ResourceAgent[2] API for more details.
