Why was the DTD page removed?!

As Andrew wrote on the Linux-HA Mailinglist:

• It was out of date and didn't take into account the fact that not everyone is on the same version.
• Instead, you should refer to crm.dtd on your system (which is always appropriate to your version).

  Or, if you simply must view it online, go to http://hg.clusterlabs.org/pacemaker/dev/file/tip/xml/crm-1.0.dtd[1] which is always the latest.
