Florian is one of the founders of hastexo, a professional services company specializing in high availability, storage replication, and private cloud solutions.

While occasionally pushing the odd commit to a spec file or wrapper script, Florian Haas also writes and maintains documentation for Heartbeat, the Heartbeat resource agents, and the cluster-glue package. He is the original author of the Linux-HA User's Guide, the DRBD User's Guide and the OCF Resource Agent Developer's Guide.
